The K40 is the most compact of our standard homes. It's organised into three zones: the bedroom and bathroom sit to either side, with the open living space between them. A thoughtful architectural layout turns around 40 m² into generous room for living, dining and sleeping.
K60 I 10 x 7,90 m
The K60 is our mid-size home, shaped in an L. It brings together two rooms, an open living area and a bathroom - and the second room works just as beautifully as a study or hobby space. Across roughly 60 m², it offers quality space for living, dining, sleeping and working.
K80 I 10 x 7,90 m
The K80 is the largest of our standard homes. It combines two bedrooms, a spacious living area with its own separate entrance, and a bathroom. With around 90 m², the interior can be arranged freely, quality space that invites you to live, dine, sleep and work.
